I was SO PLEASED with this costume ! I wasn't sure at first since I learned not to trust any website, but wow. Honestly, perfect fit, perfect quality and it's exactly how it's showed on the pictures !

I purchased this outfit for my child to wear to a Renaissance Festival, which I noted when placing the order due to the short time before we went - though I honestly didn’t expect them to read. Not only did they read my notes, but they proactively reached out when they found the outfit I had ordered wasn’t yet available (a pre-order I’d overlooked!) They asked me if anything else would work, so I found something similar which my child liked almost as much and provided the item number. Less than 24 hours later I heard back that the original item was actually available. I’d paid for expedited shipping and they assured me they’d ship as soon as possible, but made sure I knew that once it left their warehouse they would no longer have any control over the delivery time. As I woke up the day we were leaving I had prepared my child (& myself) for it not arriving in time - as it was still in transit overseas when I went to bed the night before. Well, I checked the tracking and was STUNNED to find it was out for delivery!!! It was delivered well before we hit the road & was everything my child had hoped for. The only issue was that the small lace bracelet with the extension to a middle finger ring broke at the clasp the first time it was removed, but my kiddo didn’t care at all. It was such an amazing outfit they even wore it to school the following week! It was better quality than I ever expected and the proactive customer service made the entire experience top notch!! I highly recommend the products and the seller to everyone who’s interested!!!
