I ordered this outfit for my daughter and realized that I only ordered the pants. When I asked customer service about why we didn’t receive the whole outfit and only the pants, they were incredibly kind at explaining that it comes separately. They also sent a gift with my order which we did not expect. I then placed the order for the rest of the outfit and they double checked my order and let me know that I had ordered the pants again, so they canceled the pants and refunded my cost. They were incredibly patient and diligent with their customer service. That alone would make me order again. So easy and kind to work with.
