2. Wear a bra

3. Relax arms at sides

4. Pull tape across the fullest part of the bust

B. WAIST

1. Find the natural waist

2. This is the smallest part of the waist

3. Usually about 1 in. above belly button

4. Keep tape slightly loose the allow for breathing room

C. HIP

1. Find the widest part of the hips

2. Usually about 7 in. below natural waist

3. Tape should brush across both hipbones

D. Height

1. Measure in bare feet

2. Begin at the top of head and pull tape straight down to the floor(your standard height measurement)

HOW TO WASH

1. Hand wash only in cold water.

2. Wash gently and avoid rubbing or twisting to protect the fabric, lace, and glitter prints.

3. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as this may damage delicate details.

Pretty skirt but tight

I bought size S because the measurements listed matched my measurements (~26.2). But the skirt size ended up being a little smaller (25.9 inches instead of 26.77) and since the fabric isn't stretchy at all, the skirt is a little tight on me. It's still wearable, but it's not super comfortable when sitting down.
Otherwise, the fabric of the skirt is good quality and looks like the photo. The black blouse fits me perfectly, though.
I would recommend going up a size if your waist measurement is close to the waist measurement of the skirt; I think the M size would have been a better fit for me, as the length doesn't change.
The delivery took about three weeks.
